Charles S. Weinblatt was born in Toledo (OH) in 1952. He is a retired university administrator and a published author. His biography appears in Wikipedia and Marquis Who’s Who in America. Weinblatt is a contributing journalist for The Examiner and he is a reviewer for the New York Journal of Books.
